ドライバジル

蝉の声が聞こえなくなりました。

ん～、ちょっと寂しい・・・

どもっ、　ｏｋｉｍａｓａ　です。


先日、バジルの葉を採りましてジェノベーゼソースを作りました。

余った（余りの方が多い）葉をドライバジルにしてみました。


3日程陰干しにして水分を飛ばして、後はレンジで仕上げました。
葉が重ならないように広げて3分くらい


カッサカサになった物をクシャクシャと細かくして、硬い芯の部分を
荒めのふるいに掛けて柔らかい葉のみに選別！

驚くほど少なくなりますが、それでも今回はたっぷり。
友人にあげたりしましたよ。



容器に移して完成です。


早速色々なものにパラパラっとかけて楽しんでいます。(*^_^*)
